  • Another Completed Project by E.NEXT: Installation of Exhaust-Type Fuse-Disconnector Units e.hv.fc.15.100 for 10 kV Overhead Line Networks

    As part of its ongoing partnership with DTEK Kyiv Regional Power Grids, E.NEXT launched a new project in November 2024 to modernize the networks of Ukrainian distribution system operators (DSOs). Under the contract, E.NEXT exhaust-type fuse-disconnector e.hv.fc.15.100 units for 10 kV overhead line networks were installed in the Borodyansky and Makarivsky districts of the Kyiv region. These innovative devices provide reliable protection for power transformers and power lines against overloads and short circuits.

    This project marks a significant milestone in the modernization of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The integration of disconnecting fuses for 6-10 kV grids allows for:


    • Significantly reduced emergency response times
    • Simplified maintenance of protective equipment
    • Lower electricity losses
    • Improved electricity supply quality for consumers

    The successful completion of the work in December 2024 demonstrated the high efficiency of planning and execution. By delivering the project on time, we were able to quickly implement upgrades that provide additional benefits for local consumers, particularly during a challenging period for Ukraine's power grids.

    The partnership with DTEK Kyiv Regional Power Grids highlights the importance of collaboration between private companies and energy operators in achieving the sustainable development of the energy sector. This project aligns with modern approaches to innovative solutions and the introduction of SmartGrid technologies, aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of energy systems.
