E.NEXT successfully completed the reconstruction of boiler house №2 for the utility company «VYSHNIVSTEPLOENERGO»
19.03.2025In February 2025, E.NEXT successfully completed the comprehensive modernization of Boiler House №2 in collaboration with the utility company «VYSHNIVSTEPLOENERGO». The main goal of the project was to improve the efficiency and reliability of the city’s heat supply system through the implementation of reliable pumping equipment with a modern control system.
Scope of work:
- Supply of new pumping equipment and shut-off valves.
- Manufacturing and installation of a control cabinet for two pumping units.
- Installation work to connect the pumps to the existing hydraulic network, including foundation preparation.
- Electrical installation work.
- Commissioning and comprehensive testing.
Pumping equipment used:
The installed pumps of the e.pump.s, jointly developed by E.NEXT and EFAFLU(Portugal), provide the following benefits:
- High energy efficiency — optimized motors and hydraulic systems reduce energy consumption.
- Reliability and durability — high-quality materials ensure safe and stable operation.
- Silent operation — ideal for facilities where low noise levels are required.
- Ease of installation and maintenance — thoughtful design simplifies setup and servicing.
- Specialized after-sales support — prompt technical service and spare parts supply.
Key advantages of the control system:
- Smooth start and stop of motors
- Automated control
- Protection and uninterrupted operation
- Reduced operating costs
The control cabinet, based on the e.f-drive.pro frequency converter, ensures a «soft» start, reducing inrush current and mechanical stress. This extends the service life of motors and pumps and reduces maintenance costs.
The system automatically manages two pumps, optimizing load distribution and reducing energy consumption.
Integrated protective mechanisms prevent emergencies (overload, overheating, short circuit), ensuring stable system performance.
Optimized motor operation reduces electricity consumption and lowers energy costs.
Results of the modernization:
- Reduction of peak loads on the electrical grid.
- Extended service life of pumping equipment.
- Stable and uninterrupted heat supply for the city.
- Lower maintenance and repair costs.
The modernization of the pump control system marks a significant step toward increasing the energy efficiency and reliability of the city’s heat supply network.
E.NEXT continues to implement innovative solutions for upgrading municipal infrastructure and improving the quality of heat supply.
Everything will be E.NEXT
